The hungry caterpillar

Early to bed does not mean early to rise!

Sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body health each day.

Babies will outgrow bad sleep habits.

CONSISTENCY! A familiar, predictable bedtime routine followed by a safe, dark, consistent, and calm space to fall asleep.

The key to encouraging your baby to sleep well at night is very dependent on what happens during the day.

Joanne Jans

Joanne is a dedicated mom who initially embarked on her journey with Goodnight Baby as a tired parent seeking help with her little one’s sleep. After teaming up with a Goodnight Baby sleep consultant and following their program, Jo experienced a remarkable transformation within both her baby and herself – a good night’s sleep will do that to you! Having experienced first-hand how essential quality sleep is for babies, parents, and the entire family, Joanne’s passion for supporting other families and specifically children with sleep was ignited.

With a background in psychology and a master’s degree in early childhood and years of teaching experience with young children as well as her experience as a mom to two children, she intimately understands the challenges parents face, bringing an understanding, sustainable and practical approach to everything she does.

As a dedicated sleep consultant, Joanne firmly believes that quality sleep isn’t just a luxury; it’s a fundamental pillar of a thriving and successful life. Her mission is to empower parents with the knowledge, tools, and support necessary to cultivate healthy sleep habits that foster well-being and success, all essential elements for the holistic health of the entire family.
